$25,000 for most positions -- RNs with over a year of bedside experience
$10,000 for most positions -- RNs with less than a year of bedside experience

LPNs with over a year of experience -- Heart Clinic Arkansas
Pharmacist
$5,000 for:
Physical Therapist
Occupational Therapist
Speech Therapist

Imaging Technologist with less than 1 year of experience - Rad Tech, IR/Specials, Sonographer, MRI, CT, & Multi-Modality

$2,500 for:
Patient Care Technician

$1,000 for:
