We conduct our Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA) every three years. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires nonprofit hospitals to seek community feedback as they develop Implementation Plans. The plans help us to improve the health of communities through Community Benefit investments. The CHNAs and Implementation Plans serve as a foundation for our strategic initiatives that improve health by identifying, prioritizing, and planning for evidence-based solutions to address top health issues. They allow us to partner effectively with other organizations and with communities as we live our mission.
