Any student clinical request form received less than 8 weeks before the start date may result in a delay in the clinical start date.

 

A non-employed service partner (NSP) request will be submitted for on-boarding. This request consist of three steps.

 

Step 1. The request is started by a CHI St. Vincent education team member. 

Step 2. A student receives an email from CommonSpirit People Support Services and signs the confidentiality acknowledgment agreement.  

Step 3. A school representative receives an email from CommonSpirit People Support Services and attests that the school has proof of immunizations, criminal background check, drug screen, etc. 

 

Once all steps have been completed, the student will receive an email from [email protected] that they have been cleared for clinicals.

 

If you have an Evidence-based Nursing Project or Nursing Research Study you plan to conduct at CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, please report your topic to the Hot Springs Research Task Force. All Nursing Research Studies conducted at Hot Springs must be reviewed by the task force. The task force would also like to offer assistance to students doing nursing research if needed. Please submit project information and any questions to:
