Simple Dill Yogurt Dip

Serves: Makes 1 cup

  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp red or green onion, finely diced

  • ¼ cup English cucumber, shredded

  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill (or 2 tsps dry)



  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
