Serves: Makes 1 cup

  • 3 Tbsps apple juice concentrate

  • ½ cup salsa (check label for low sodium)

  • 2 Tbsps red wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil



  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended..

Per 2 Tbsps: 35 calories, 0g protein, 5g carbohydrate, 2g fat (0g sat, 1g mono), 0g fiber, 60mg sodium

Since homemade dressings do not contain preservatives, they have a shorter life than store-bought dressings.These recipes will keep for about 1 week in the refrigerator, depending on the ingredients.
