CHI St. Vincent welcomes invasive cardiologist Dr. Sibghat Tul Llah to the CHI St. Vincent Heart Institute. Dr. Tul Llah will begin seeing patients at the CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas Cardiology and Medicine Clinic located at 5315 West 12th Street in Little Rock.

After attending medical school at Government Medical College in Srinagar, India, Dr. Tul Llah completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Missouri at Kansas City and fellowship training in cardiovascular disease at the University of Arizona School of Medicine in Phoenix.
