Established in 1961, Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic became a large multi-specialty medical practice providing diagnostic and treatment services to patients throughout Central Arkansas. In September 2018, the physicians, providers and coworkers joined CHI St. Vincent Medical Group, a network of primary care and specialty clinics spanning much of Central and Southwest Arkansas.

Patient Portal FAQs

Yes. The first version of the app is a mobile website launcher. You can download it from the App store or the Google Play store.

Yes. NextGen Enterprise Patient Portal is available for mobile devices and tablets (www.nextmd.com/m). On your mobile device, enter the link (www.nextmd.com) in your mobile browser to access the NextGen Enterprise Patient Portal mobile site. Mobile devices running on Android™ 4.0 or later or Apple® iOS 7.1 or later are supported.

Be sure you are entering your token number correctly along with your date of birth and last name exactly how our clinic has you listed, and the email address we have on file for you. If you continue to receive this error, contact the patient portal support line at (501) 221-5870 and leave a message to receive a call back. 

If you have other clinics that are using NextMD, you can maintain all your practices using one username and password.  To add another clinic select Settings and then click on Manage Practices. Enter the security token you received, date of birth, and email address and click Submit.

After logging into your portal, click on the My Chart tab and Request Health Record. If you have multiple practices, select Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic, enter the Chart Date range and click on Submit.  It may take up to several hours for your information to be updated to the portal but you will receive an email once the information has been sent.

To view any reports (i.e. MRI, radiology, etc), they must be sent to the portal via a staff member at LRDC and will display in your portal inbox. 

If you are having difficulty resetting the password, please call the support line at (501) 221-5870 and leave a message to receive a call back.

Password reset token is an eight digit token provided by your practice to reset your password. You must contact your practice to get a reset password token to reset your password.

To reset your password, go to NextGen Enterprise Patient Portal logon page and click Forgot password. On the Forgot password page, type your verified account email address in Email or Username, and click Submit. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password.

To recover your username, go to the NextGen Enterprise Patient Portal logon page and click Forgot username?. On Forgot username, type your verified account email address, and click Submit. You will receive an email with your username information.

To access NextGen Patient Portal, you must have requested to enroll with an LRDC staff member. You must complete your enrollment by using a security token before logging on to the website. Once you have obtained the security token from your practice, and you have received your welcome email, you may now set up a username and password.

Once you have received your token number from the clinic, be sure to check your email for a Welcome to NextGen Patient Portal email. Be sure to add [email protected] to your safe sender list. Once you have received your email, click on the link to access the portal.

Enrollment in the Patient Portal is very important. The portal is a tool that allows patients to communicate with your physician, request and view your health record, view upcoming appointments, view statements and make payments. More features may be available in the future.
