Boxing Helps Parkinson's Patients Fight Back
As seen on THV11
The Rock Steady Boxing program is growing across the country. It is a fun, unconventional way to battle the disease. That program is available at the First Baptist Church in Hot Springs. Dr. Kara Way, Neurologist at CHI St. Vincent Neurology Clinic - Hot Springs, recommends Rock Steady Boxing to her patients with Parkinson's. "It's fun," says Dr. Way, "we know that things like endurance and coordination and walking speed and all those things have improved after participation in Rock Steady Boxing."
