Ingredients:

Serves: Makes 1 cup

  • 3 Tbsps apple juice concentrate

  • ½ cup salsa (check label for low sodium)

  • 2 Tbsps red wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended..
