Newest cardiologist joins Little Rock-Kanis and Heber Springs offices of the CHI St. Vincent Heart Institute.

The CHI St. Vincent Heart Institute has been recognized as a Joint Commission Certified Center of Excellence for its Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) Program. An LVAD is a surgically implanted mechanical pump that is attached to the heart and is used to treat advanced heart failure.

The CHI St. Vincent Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) Program is now recognized as a Certified Center of Excellence by The Joint Commission.

CHI St. Vincent Infirmary has been named the top-ranked hospital in Arkansas for 2017-18 by U.S. News & World Report, marking the fifth consecutive year the annual listing has rated CHI St. Vincent Infirmary as the No. 1 hospital in the state.
