CHI St. Vincent Receives Top Rankings in U.S. News & World Report
CHI St. Vincent, a leading regional health network serving Central and Southwest Arkansas, has received top rankings in the U.S. News & World Report’s 2024-2025 Best Hospitals list. The CHI St. Vincent Heart Institute was listed as the No. 1 heart program in Arkansas for the fourth consecutive year, while the CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs and CHI St. Vincent North each received prestigious recognitions on the list across multiple categories of care.
The CHI St. Vincent Heart Institute’s consistent top-tier ranking further solidifies its reputation as a leader in cardiovascular care. This achievement recognizes the institute’s commitment to excellence in cardiac services, advanced treatments and patient outcomes. From complex surgeries to innovative non-invasive procedures, the Heart Institute’s repeated statewide success reflects its dedication to providing cutting-edge cardiac care.

U.S. News & World Report ranked CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock as “High Performing” in nine categories, including abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, aortic valve surgery, colon cancer surgery, heart attack, heart bypass surgery, heart failure, hip replacement, kidney failure and pneumonia.
The publication also rated CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs as “High Performing” in five categories: heart attack, heart failure, diabetes, stroke and COPD. Additionally, CHI St. Vincent North in Sherwood earned “High Performing” status in three categories: diabetes, kidney failure and pneumonia.

The 2024-2025 Best Hospitals rankings from U.S. News & World Report are based on a comprehensive analysis of multiple data categories, including patient outcomes, volume of high-risk patients, patient experience, nurse staffing and advanced clinical technologies. Out of nearly 5,000 hospitals analyzed and 30,000 physicians surveyed, only 160 hospitals ranked in at least one of the 15 adult specialties evaluated.
