CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs cardiologist Dr. Oyidie Igbokidi will begin seeing patients in Murfreesboro, Arkansas to provide care for a wide range of heart conditions including aortic stenosis, atrial fibrillation, cardiac arrest and coronary artery disease. Beginning in July, Dr. Igbokidi will see patients on the fourth Thursday of each month at the CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic, located at 319 East 13th Street.

“Heart disease impacts every region of our state, but many of our Southwest Arkansas communities don’t have easy access to diagnosis and treatment,” said CHI St. Vincent Heart Institute President Marcia Atkinson. “As Dr. Igbokidi sees patients monthly in Murfreesboro, we can provide that access more readily and continue growing our healing ministry across Southwest Arkansas.”

Dr. Igbokidi will perform life-saving diagnostic procedures, provide one-on-one treatment and help patients manage heart disease. She will also continue to see patients at the CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic in Hot Springs, which provides angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, defibrillator implantation, pacemakers and stent placements.
