CHI St. Vincent Appoints Barbara Halford as Director of Strategic Planning
CHI St. Vincent has appointed Barbara Halford, MBA, PT, as director of strategic planning with responsibilities to include oversight of day-to-day strategic planning functions for entities across CHI St. Vincent.
Halford joined CHI St. Vincent in 2016 as a planning analyst in Strategy and Business Development. She quickly developed strong relationships across the system and provided complex analysis and recommendations to senior leaders and board members. Prior to joining CHI St. Vincent, Halford held leadership positions at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in physical therapy and with the Little Rock School District overseeing physical therapy, occupational therapy and special education services, as well as serving as a special assistant to the superintendent.
Halford holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas.
