MORRILTON, Ark. (Nov. 21, 2016) – Leslie “Bubba” Arnold, president of CHI St. Vincent Morrilton, was named Healthcare Administrator of the Year at the recent Health Care Heroes Award luncheon presented by Arkansas Business.

Arnold has served as president of CHI St. Vincent Morrilton for four years. He joined the St. Vincent hospital system in 1981 as a staff pharmacist and has served as vice president of operations, administrative director of operations and director of pharmacy services.

“Bubba Arnold has been an important and trusted CHI St. Vincent team member for more than 30 years and I speak for the entire organization when I say how proud we are of this honor,” said Chad Aduddell, president of the CHI St. Vincent system. “Under Bubba’s leadership, CHI St. Vincent Morrilton has experienced tremendous growth and increased patient satisfaction.”

As an administrator, Arnold has been instrumental in elevating the care offered at CHI St. Vincent Morrilton, and that has been reflected in the hospital’s patient satisfaction scores.
