Prescription Portal

Coworkers can submit refill requests online and via their smartphone. You can also view prescription profiles and the status of medications online as well as receive email reminders for refills. This includes employees for all campuses, clinics, providers, etc.
Patient Information Sheet

To set up an online account, visit www.RefillRx.com and click register.

  • Locate your pharmacy, enter your patient information and create your username and password
  • Click view/refill your prescriptions

To set up a mobile account, go to the App Store and download the RefillRx Mobile app.

  • Click on the RefillRX Mobile icon and select scan barcode
  • Align your Rx barcode inside the box; it will automatically snap a picture and submit a request for refill

Updated allergy and contact information may be needed.
